I am a registered nurse, certified YogaNurse™ and wellness specialist. I help transform stress, anxiety, and pain into health and overall well-being.

Teaching Philosophy

I believe in motivating and empowering by listening, stretching the imagination and designing safe practices that respect different levels and abilities. My goal is to meet you where you are, and provide an environment where you can learn to maximize your strengths, and experience joy and well-being on and off the yoga mat.


YogaNursing™ is the union of yoga with the science of nursing, and focuses on treating stress, pain and anxiety. I received my training from Annette Tersigni RN, the founder of YogaNursing™.
