Option 1: “Drop In” Wellness Classes – Time to Rejuvenate and Find Relaxation

In a space provided by your organization, I will set up a relaxing space for your employees. They can drop in at their convenience during designated hour(s).

Along with a relaxing environment, I will provide the following services:

  • Relaxation and meditation exercises (lying on mat or sitting)
  • Individual discussion/evaluation and practice suggestions
  • Instruction on stress-releasing yoga poses to do in the workplace (standing or sitting)
  • Breathing techniques
  • Rest exercises

Option 2: Group Wellness and Coaching Session

At a location provided by your organization, and at designated time(s), I will provide a class that focuses on how to turn stress and anxiety into PEACE. (Presenteeism, Engagement, Alignment, Creativity and Energy).

Each session will include:

  • Centering and relaxation exercises
  • Gentle yoga poses that support stress reduction and peace, that can be done in the workplace (standing or sitting)
  • Group discussion

Option 3: Employee Wellness and Stress Relief Workshop

At a location provided by your organization, I will offer a custom wellness workshop that will impact the day to day life of your employees. Each program will include:

  • Overview of how stress impacts wellness and leads to disease
  • Centering and relaxation exercises
  • Gentle yoga positions that can be done in the workplace (standing or sitting)
  • Group work (artwork, game)
  • Group discussion and exercise about how to turn stress and anxiety into PEACE. (Presenteeism, Engagement, Alignment, Creativity and Energy).
